Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GRC Simplified (the "Service"), provided by Srida IT Consulting and Services Pvt Ltd ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GRC Simplified is a cloud-based Governance, Risk, and Compliance platform that provides tools for managing governance, risk management, compliance, audit, policy, controls, issues, third-party risk, cyber risk, regulatory compliance, data privacy, and unified dashboard capabilities across 12 GRC domains.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

  • Free (Starter) plans are available with limited features as described on our pricing page.
  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, as selected at the time of purchase.
  • Annual subscriptions receive a 20% discount compared to monthly billing.
  • You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
  • Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase for annual plans.

5. Data Ownership and Usage

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into GRC Simplified. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your data solely to provide the Service. You may export your data at any time in standard formats.

6. Acceptable Use

  • You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
  • You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
  • You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • You may not use the Service to store or transmit malicious code or malware.
  • You may not use the Service in a manner that could impair performance for other users.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for any downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including internet outages, hardware failures, or force majeure events.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, documentation, and branding, is the intellectual property of Srida IT Consulting and Services Pvt Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these terms. This license does not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand assets.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Srida IT Consulting and Services Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service.
  • Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.
  • Provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms of Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be in India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
