By accessing or using GRC Simplified (the "Service"), provided by Srida IT Consulting and Services Pvt Ltd ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
GRC Simplified is a cloud-based Governance, Risk, and Compliance platform that provides tools for managing governance, risk management, compliance, audit, policy, controls, issues, third-party risk, cyber risk, regulatory compliance, data privacy, and unified dashboard capabilities across 12 GRC domains.
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into GRC Simplified. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your data solely to provide the Service. You may export your data at any time in standard formats.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for any downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including internet outages, hardware failures, or force majeure events.
The Service, including its design, code, features, documentation, and branding, is the intellectual property of Srida IT Consulting and Services Pvt Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these terms. This license does not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand assets.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Srida IT Consulting and Services Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms of Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be in India.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
